Frequently asked questions

Does the screen recorder add a watermark or time limit?
No. Unlike many free recorders, there is no watermark and no cap on length — it uses your browser’s own capture, so recordings are yours.
Can it record audio?
It captures system or tab audio when your browser offers that option in its share dialog. Microphone capture is not requested, so there are no surprise permissions.
Which browsers support it?
Desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari support screen capture. On browsers or devices without it (most phones), the button simply does not appear.
